Parachute is an independent organisation - founded on the evidence that the gap between what a workforce delivers and what it's capable of is one of the most consequential and least measured problems in business.

Our methodology draws on internationally validated instruments and frameworks from institutions including the WHO, BMJ and NICE. Our tools are custom-built. Our diagnosis is independent. Our findings stand up.
